Wire Monkey
Bread Lame: Scoring your sourdough is important for achieving a full rise in the oven. A lame is a handle that you attach to a razor. Some people just hold the razor between their fingers, but I prefer a lame. I like using Wire Monkey bread lames. (Link will give you a 10% discount). WM a small, family run and owned company. The UFO bread lame is an original design, and great for creating detailed artful bread scores, or working on getting that perfect 'ear'.

-
Ninja Blender Set: I've owned my set for six years. It was affordable compared to other options, and it's still a great blender set today.
-
Large Baking Pan: This is the baking tray I use to bake my family-sized rectangular pizzas.
-
Hand Blender: This is a really affordable option. While this hand/immersion blender can't make mashed potatoes, it can do everything else I need in my kitchen.
-
Spurtle Wood Spoon Set: 4pc Set of wooden cooking utensils.
-
Digital Thermometer: I keep this digital thermometer stuck by magnet on my fridge. It's always in a convenient spot, and is easy to use for cooking meat, making candy, you name it.
-
: I was gifted these gloves by the company, and after the first time using them they became my favorite way to handle getting things in and out of the oven. I have more dexterity with handling hot loaves, pots, trays, etc. To clean just rinse them off while you're wearing them, like washing your hands. (Use Code: CARA15 to get 15% off your order)

Filming and Editing
-
Lamicall Gooseneck Phone Holder: This was a very affordable phone holder that I got for filming all of my cooking. You have to be gentle when you press record, so not the shake the camera, but it's a fraction of the price for what it can do to improve your video quality.
-
Bluetooth Earbuds: I use earbuds whenever I'm on Instagram or TikTok. I pop one in so I can edit my reels while not distracting others or being distracted. I also use them to listen to audiobooks, usually while I'm filming my cooking and baking experiments.
